4. novembril toimub TTK Arhitektuuri ja keskkonnatehnika teaduskonas leedu arhitekti Lukas Rekevičiuse loeng “Architecture As Problem Solving Discipline. Problems of Heritagial Contexts”, kell 17.30, auditooriumis 429.

Lihuanian architect Lukas Rekevičius has studied Vilnius Gediminas Technical university and is researching a theme “Integration of identity signs in various cityscapes” in PhD programme. He has been working in field of architecture since 2001. Author, co-author and/or manager of multiple urban projects, residential and public buildings and interiors in Lithuania, Russia, France. Specializes in planning solutions of complicated urban, environmental, heritagial settings. Owns legal certificates of architect (expert), project manager, heritage specialist. Owns and runs architect studio “Aketuri Architektai” since 2005.
Rekevičius is a co-founder and ex-editor of interior magazine “Statyk!” (now member of editorial board), author of multiple articles of architectural criticism in professional press.
He has won many awards including Best Project in Lithuania 2013-2014 and 1st prize in Europan 11, Reims (FR).
