University Hospital extension M and C unit. Main Design in collaboration with Sweco Projekt. The new phase brought the new Children’s Hospital, Ear Clinic, Women’s Clinic’s Family Center, and Outpatient Surgery department right into the heart of the medical campus with two new wings being added to the main building complex.
New wards in Children`s Clinic accommodate about 100 beds. All wards have teaching facilities for the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine. The result of harmonic design and architectural solutions, which provides both efficient working environment for the staff and healing environment for the patients, was achieved through a close collaboration and open dialogue together with the client.
