Audit Committee
The UEA audit committee consists of three members, elected by the general assembly for a two-year term.
The audit committee assesses the financial activities of the UEA once a year after the end of a financial year and presents a report to the general assembly.
Members of the board and all other bodies of the UEA are obliged to present to the audit committee all documentation and relevant information necessary for the audit.
